Groups Are Welcome
We welcome groups of all sizes on our cruises.
Many of our cruises include smaller groups celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, family outings, company events, reunions, and other special occasions.

Birthday parties, anniversaries, bachelor parties, and bachelorette parties are simple aboard the Lady Dolphin.
Your group gets dinner, dessert, unlimited soft drinks, music, river views, and time together on the water.
You can buy tickets for everyone, or your guests can buy their own.
Once the tickets are booked, the party is basically planned.
Just show up, celebrate, eat, laugh, take pictures, and enjoy the cruise.
It feels special without being complicated.
Please note: we do not offer group discounts. Our ticket prices are already discounted to keep the cruise affordable for everyone.
Guest List for Groups of 10 or More
For groups of 10 or more, please email us a list of your guests’ names as soon as you have it. We only need the names, not meal choices.

Sitting Together
Seating is first come, first served.
If your group wants to sit together, everyone in the group must arrive together to check in 1½ hours before cruise time.
After check-in, your group may relax inside our check-in suite or outside while waiting to board. Unlimited soft drinks are available while you wait.
Boarding begins approximately 30 minutes before cruise time, in the order guests checked in.
Bar Tabs for Groups
Once aboard, your group will have access to our full bar.
If you would like to run a bar tab for your group, give the bartender a credit card when you board. At the end of the cruise, the bartender will call you up before charging the card.
Private Charters
To convert one of our scheduled cruise times into a private cruise, you must purchase all 130 tickets at the adult price. You can have as few or as many guests as you like, up to the full capacity of 130 on board. Please provide us with a list of guest names once you have finalised it.
