These Terms of Use apply to use of dineandcruise.com and to authorized use of Dine & Cruise internal software integrations and related online services.

Website use. You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, contacting, or doing business with Dine & Cruise. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Reservations and services. Cruise reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and other customer transactions may be handled through third-party booking or payment services and may be subject to additional terms and policies presented during the booking process. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

Internal software license. Certain software integrations, including the Blue Grotto Automation, are private internal business tools used by Dine & Cruise and authorized personnel. They are not offered to the public. Authorized users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use those tools solely for Dine & Cruise business purposes and only with company-authorized accounts and data.

Connected services. Internal integrations may connect to third-party business systems, including accounting, reporting, or other software providers. Access to those systems remains subject to the third party's own terms, permissions, and security controls.

No payment processing by the internal automation. The Blue Grotto Automation is intended to read and analyze company-authorized business information for internal reporting and operational purposes. It is not designed to initiate or process customer payments, transfer funds, provide lending, or provide investment advice.

Intellectual property. Website content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials owned by Dine & Cruise may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Availability and disclaimers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or internal tools at any time. To the extent permitted by law, services and information are provided without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dine & Cruise is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services, or internal software tools.

Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version.
